How long has LeBlanc Decks been in business?

We have been exlusively building decks since 2004.

Are you a licensed contractor?

Yes! We are licensed and insured, and our employees are protected by workman’s comp insurance. 

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes. We offer a one year warranty on the craftsmanship of your project. Most non-wood components we use in the construction of a deck will have their own warranty backed by the manufacturer.

Do I need a permit?

Most projects will require a permit. This is something we handle for you. 

Do you build in the winter months?

Yes! We build year round.

What if I want to make a change to my project after the contract has been signed?

Any changes that occur to a project’s overall scope after a contract has been signed are addressed through the use of a change order form. Please reach out to us through your customer dashboard if you need to discuss a change. 

How many people will be working onsite during the build process?

We usually buid in teams of 2-3 employees. Our project manager will also stop by regularly to check on progress, and at times, might also provide assistance to a buil team. 

Will workers need access to my bathroom?

No. We have our own accomidations and will never ask to use your bathroom.

What is a LeBlanc Decks Customer Dashboard?

Each LeBlanc Decks Customer is provided a portal within our CRM (customer relationship management) system. Each portal serves as an easy to access electronic dashboard containing the customer’s project related proposals, selections, payment records, plans, daily logs, communications and more.

How do I reach someone if I have a question?

The best way to connact us is by leaving a comment on your LeBlanc Decks Customer Dashboard. Links to your dashboard are included in the email notifications you recieve from us.

How do I know when my project will begin?

View the schedule page on our website to see the upcoming calendar. Once we are one full project away from begining your project, someone will reach out with more details.

How do I make a payment?

Payments will be made via the payment schedule outlined in your contract. You will receive separate invoices through your LeBlanc Decks Customer Dashboard for each required payment. Each invoice will include steps and options on how to make your payment.

Is my deposit refundable?

Deposits are not refundable.
