GIVEANS

This project includes building a large steel-framed second-story deck with hot tub reinforcements. The deck will be skinned with Deckorators Voyage decking: Costa with Dark Slate accents, and will be edged with ALX cable railings. The existing covered porch will be screened-in and specific areas below will be kept dry by way of a custom water diversion system.
