Mechanical footings
Engineered to carry the load and hold steady through freeze and thaw. The foundation is set right before anything is built on top of it.
KDAT framing
Lumber kiln-dried after treatment, so the frame stays straight instead of twisting and cupping as it dries. A straight frame still feels solid in year ten.
Wood-free decking & railings
Surfaces engineered for traction and stability that won't rot, splinter, or need refinishing every summer.
Hidden fasteners
A clean surface with no screw heads staring back at you — finished with color-matched plugs wherever a fastener has to show.
Full trim-out
Trimmed fascia and enclosed stair risers — the structure is finished front and back, not left with a raw edge or open stairs.
