Using curves within your deck design is a great way to make your project truly unique. Achieving this look requires specialized tools, primarily specially designed deck board heating blankets. These heat blankets are designed to slowly warm deck boards from the outside inward, and can require up to one hour per board to achieve the optimal temperature range. Once a heated board has become hot enough, it is quickly removed from the blankets and manipulated into a unique shape, but we only have a few short minutes before the board cools to the point that it can no longer be bent. After the board has cooled, it will maintain its new shape permanently.   Special costs are associated with this service, but the results are well worth it. We only heat bend PVC decking.
