This project included an 800SF large steel-framed second-story deck with hot tub reinforcements. The deck was skinned with Deckorators Voyage decking: Costa with Dark Slate accents, and will be edged with ALX cable railings. The existing covered porch was screened-in with the area below kept dry via a custom water diversion system.
