This project involved removing the customer’s existing deck and rebuilding with a much larger footprint. The deck includes a 20’x20′ upper platform with 6′ wide stairs leading down to a larger platform engineered to hold a large swim spa. The structure required almost 4o helical piles, some driven 17′ deep. The Deckorator Voyage surface includes multi-width decking boards installed in a pattern and has an 8″ accent border. There was a small pergola built at the top of the stairs and the entire perimeter was secured with a Fortress Fe26 railing. The stairs also included the addition of low-voltage riser lights.
