Backed byhow we build.
A warranty isn't fine print to us. It's the promise that we stand behind our work — a 3-Year Workmanship Warranty on how we install every deck, and full coverage on the builds we're proudest of.
You'll love the deck. You'll remember the experience.
3-Year Workmanship Warranty · Transferable once on qualifying builds · Specialty builder since 2002

A warranty is only as good as the work behind it.
The deck is the product. The experience is our reputation.
Most contractor horror stories aren't about the wood — they're about being left alone when something goes wrong. Our warranty exists so you never are. It's not a sales tactic or a wall of exclusions. It's a plain statement of what we cover, for how long, and how to reach us if you ever need to.
Below is the whole picture, in plain language. The full legal terms live in your contract — this page is the honest summary.
The warranty runs three years.
We build for decades.
Although the workmanship warranty expires after three years, we build every project with the expectation that it will provide decades of reliable service when properly maintained. The warranty is our floor — not our ambition.

One honest warranty, tiered to how we build.
Building to our full standard earns the fullest coverage. Here's exactly how it works — from the flagship 3-year workmanship warranty to the limited scopes and the materials.
3-Year Workmanship Warranty
Every new deck we build carries a 3-year workmanship warranty to the original homeowner. It covers defects that result from our installation, assembly, fabrication, or workmanship — and when something covered isn't right, we make it right, at our discretion: repair, reinforce, replace, or correct.
Waterproofing & redecking
Some scopes carry a limited 2-year workmanship warranty:
Manufacturer warranties
The products we install — decking, railings, fasteners, and more — are covered by their own manufacturers' warranties, which are often long and substantial.
If you ever need us, here's the path.
Simple and transparent — the same portal you used to watch your project get built is how you reach us afterward.
Submit through your customer portal
Log a warranty request in the LeBlanc Decks Customer Portal — the official channel that keeps everything on record.
We come out and inspect
You give us reasonable access; we look at the work before authorizing any repair, so we get it right the first time.
We make covered workmanship right
Where it's covered, we repair, reinforce, replace, or correct — our obligation, our standard.
Please give us the chance to inspect and correct a covered issue before bringing in others — it's how the warranty stays in force for that work.

The standard that earns the full warranty.
A build qualifies as a LeBlanc Deck System only when it includes all three: mechanical footings + KDAT structural framing (or an approved non-wood equivalent) + mineral-based composite decking — our standard is Deckorators Voyage. Built as one engineered structure from the ground up, it's the reason we can stand behind the whole deck, not just the surface — and it's what unlocks the full, transferable-once 3-year workmanship coverage.

What a workmanship warranty doesn't cover.
We'd rather tell you honestly and up front. A workmanship warranty covers how we build — not everything that can happen to an outdoor structure over the years.
Not covered (summary)
A workmanship warranty doesn't cover: manufacturer or material defects (those fall under the maker's warranty); normal aging — weathering, fading, or the natural movement of wood such as checking, warping, or cupping; misuse, neglect, accidents, or unauthorized modifications; damage from animals, insects, or soil movement; damage caused by other trades or contractors; acts of God including wind events over 55 mph; and preexisting or reused components. Keeping up normal maintenance per the manufacturer's recommendations keeps your coverage in force.
