Our Process

1. Consultation

This includes a prescheduled onsite visit, design concept, and the submission of your quote via email, usually within 48 hours.

2. Contract

This includes signing of a contract and paying a deposit, which can easily be done remotely and electronically. Once completed, material lists are developed and special-order materials are ordered.

3. Communication

Your project is added to our website's posted schedule. You are also added to the newsletter that is emailed to all our waiting customers each time a project is completed. It will include updates on past, current, and upcoming projects; and any changes to our schedule.

4. Commencement

Once we begin work, we don't stop. The project usually operates in stages as follows: Demolition, footings, framing, decking, railings, cleanup. You will have a lead-builder onsite at all times who will communicate with you and be available to answer any questions.

5. Conclusion

We wrap-up the worksite and you make your final payment. We will often take pictures too, which may include the use of a drone. Finally, you get to enjoy your new deck for years to come!
